Be careful about the way you sleep. Sleeping on your side can be helpful or you can sleep in your back with a heating pad. The worst position to sleep in is on your stomach.

Always remember that you have lots of company in your struggle with back pain. Try to identify the cause to find a solution! But, relief is available and you can put your pain behind you.
